Frogs and toads, and other amphibians, are interesting creatures that depend on wetlands for a place to breed. These animals are not just interesting creatures they are important to us because of the large number of insects that they eat which is beneficial to our health and to agriculture. Frogs and toads are threatened by the loss of their habitat. Davidson Lands Conservancy, and other groups that conserve land, work to preserve the land needed for these animals to survive.
