Every year Sept. 24-30 is Take a Child Outside Week. So, this year why not make a point of taking your child or children outside. You can do this on your own or you can visit one of the local parks or museums that have special activities this week.

The goal of Take a Child Outside Week is to help children develop enthusiasm for the natural world and to learn to appreciate the environment.
WOW’s goal is to encourage parents and children to spend time outdoors and to learn to enjoy the World of Wonder. Sounds like a perfect match!
